When Lewis and Clark
discovered Montana, they encountered the rugged nature
of our environment. Without the help of the Shoshone,
the Mandan natives and their communities, Lewis and
Clark would not have survived 1805’s harsh winter.
Community was the source of Lewis and Clark’s survival.
Today
community is the foundation of Livingston, Montana.
Discovery Vista Subdivision is designed to enhance that
community with its wrap around streets, pedestrian
walkways and linear parks. Discovery Vista provides easy
access to the nearly one acre central park, as well as
pedestrian walkways along the seasonal creek, and linear
parks running throughout the subdivision. In addition, Fleshman Creek runs through the adjacent 20+/- acre city
park offering awesome views and a place to dip toes on a
hot summer day.
A total of 259 lots,
offered in three phases, have currently been
platted for Discovery Vista. Each home lot
allows for a comfortable residence with a
minimum building size of 1,200 square feet above
grade with at least 1,200 square feet on the
ground level; excluding garages, carports,
porches etc.
Discovery Vista offers numerous
parks, extensive walking trails, a creek ecosystem and an
environment that enhances Montana values. Let us help
you Discover your future!
